What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the websites visited by the user send to their device \u2013 computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc. \u2013 where they are stored and then retransmitted to the same websites on the user\u2019s subsequent visit. While browsing this site, you may receive only cookies sent directly from our site and managed by our company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this regard, and for the purposes of this notice, two macro-categories are identified: \u201ctechnical\u201d cookies and \u201cprofiling\u201d cookies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a. Cookie tecnici.\u2028cookie tecnici sono quelli utilizzati al solo fine di \u201ceffettuare la trasmissione di una comunicazione su una rete di comunicazione elettronica, o nella misura strettamente necessaria al fornitore di un servizio della societ\u00e0 dell\u2019informazione esplicitamente richiesto dall\u2019abbonato o dall\u2019utente a erogare tale servizio\u201d (cfr. art. 122, comma 1, del Codice). Essi non vengono utilizzati per scopi ulteriori e sono normalmente installati direttamente dal titolare o gestore del sito web. Possono essere suddivisi in cookie di navigazione o di sessione, che garantiscono la normale navigazione e fruizione del sito web (permettendo, ad esempio, di realizzare un acquisto o autenticarsi per accedere ad aree riservate); cookie analytics, assimilati ai cookie tecnici laddove utilizzati direttamente dal gestore del sito per raccogliere informazioni, in forma aggregata, sul numero degli utenti e su come questi visitano il sito stesso; cookie di funzionalit\u00e0, che permettono all\u2019utente la navigazione in funzione di una serie di criteri selezionati (ad esempio, la lingua, i prodotti selezionati per l\u2019acquisto) al fine di migliorare il servizio reso allo stesso. Per l\u2019installazione di tali cookie non \u00e8 richiesto il preventivo consenso degli utenti, mentre resta fermo l\u2019obbligo di dare l\u2019informativa ai sensi dell\u2019art. 13 del Codice, che il gestore del sito, qualora utilizzi soltanto tali dispositivi, potr\u00e0 fornire con le modalit\u00e0 che ritiene pi\u00f9 idonee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b. Profiling cookies.
Profiling cookies are aimed at creating profiles related to the user and are used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while browsing the web. Due to the particularly invasive nature that such devices may have in the private sphere of users, European and Italian regulations require that the user be adequately informed about their use and thus express valid consent. Article 122 of the Code states that \u201cthe storage of information on the terminal device of a contractor or user or access to information already stored is permitted only on condition that the contractor or user has given consent after being informed in the simplified manner referred to in Article 13, paragraph 3\u201d (Art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Code).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, regarding cookies, users are informed that this site uses exclusively technical cookies, so-called \u201canalytics\u201d cookies to statistically analyze visits to the site and technical browsing or session cookies. They have exclusively statistical purposes and collect information in aggregated form and in particular the analytics cookies used on this site are those of Google, based on the JavaScript ga.js. Browsing or session cookies instead allow the user easier navigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For these types of cookies, as specified in document no. 2152939 of the Data Protection Authority, prior informed consent (opt-in) is not required provided that users are offered simple ways to opt out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
